Health Equity
Palms Solutions is actively combatting health inequities by spearheading a platform where all partners involved can mutually benefit from the sharing of our distinctive and complimentary strengths to serve the community.
Health Education and Outreach
Through its Health and Education Outreach initiative, Palms Solutions helps educate and empower the community through knowledge sharing, trainings, and network building. We have currently established strong partnerships with community, and faith-based organizations with whom we conduct training and educational seminars to our community needs, as well as Public Health Preparedness Program goals.
