Our Champions at Penn
P.S strongly believe that the success of all children, especially the ones in underserved communities is connected to their exposure to cross-cultural boundaries. Since 2017, P.S has been working with students organizations such as the Penn African Students Association to advocate for a more inclusive students body platform at Penn. Minority students want to feel a higher sense of belonging, because educators and/or students’ racial biases and stereotypes, whether explicit or unconscious, have significant effects on their learning experience . P.S believes that the problem could be tackled in three phases
- Building Capacity
- Build Bridges
- Changing Perspectives
