TIMBA (Technology-Inquiry-Multicultural Bilingual- Academy)
TIMBA is a hybrid bilingual after-school program that provides academic support and resources to underserved students in West and Southwest Philadelphia neighborhood schools. OBJECTIVES: To increase students’ baseline in English language arts and STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). PROGRAM COMPONENTS TIMBA is mainly run by tutors who are students from PENN, Drexel, Temple, Jefferson and St. Joseph University (SJU)
Our Graduate Salute Celebration
The event was our innovative way to remember and celebrate our graduates despite the ravaging effects of COVID-19 on our constituents.
